Here are some pictures of past jobs.

These are pictures of crawlspaces that were not working properly in the home envelope. The insulation was falling down, the plastic on the floor was just lying there with holes in it and the heat wasn’t being allowed to the room above.

This picture was the beginning!

This is a crawlspace under a bedroom, The mortar was missing from half the blocks and there was a gap between the foundation block and the bottom plate letting in cold air. The customer said this room has always been cold.

This picture was taken after the block wall was fixed and the rim joists were insulated.

These pictures are after everything has been removed and ready for the encapsulation process to begin.

These pictures are the end result. 12 mil. vapor barrier sealed to the foundation. The home owners said that they can walk around in socks and be comfortable, no more cold feet!
